At Question Beauty, we want you to feel confident in your skin, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products that do not meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 50% full to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original shipping box.
Pack and Ship
Ensure all lids are tightened to prevent leakage and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
